Customer Satisfaction UK background.

Customer Satisfaction UK is a business consultancy specialising in improving its clients' business results through its customer satisfaction and employee opinion services and associated training.

As a consultancy we offer a full service from initial requirements investigations and recommendations to customer and/or employee surveys, feedback analysis, reports and action plans. We are not market researchers or software suppliers.

We have been in business since 1991 when it was founded by our current Managing Director, Jonathan Parkes, under the name of Munro Parkes Consultancy.

The name was changed to Customer Satisfaction UK in 2003 to reflect our primary focus.

Initially specialising in the IT and Telecoms industries, we have experience and expertise in both the business-to-business and business-to consumer aspects of these sectors. As our reputation has spread, so has our industry coverage.

One of our main business differentiators, apart from our knowledge and high quality output, is our dedicated team of telephone interviewers  - including foreign language capability for international operations. We can, of course, also provide postal, email and online surveys where these are appropriate.
